Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, eyepieces, and accessories, then place it inside a sturdy outer shipping box with the RMA clearly marked.
Ship to OPT
Affix your shipping label and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx; we recommend adding insurance to protect your high-value optical instruments during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
